Made from Baerii sturgeon, bred in Europe, notably in Spain, Baerii caviar is iodized, complex and generous. Its grains are dark gray to black and its taste is straightforward, with a dominant iodine and mineral note giving an impression of freshness. The attack is generous, with major seafood pairings. Baerii de Pakoff caviars are selected for their complexity and persistence, to satisfy the most demanding connoisseurs.
