Sevruga Riviera

A connoisseur's choice of caviar

A connoisseur's choice of caviar

Starting from 51,00

All our capsules are supplied with a capsule holder

Pakoff's Sevruga caviar makes a comeback after years of effort to master its breeding. Produced from the star sturgeon(Acipenser stellatus), one of the three emblematic species of the Caspian Sea along with the Beluga and the Osetra, this caviar has an exceptional melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Recognizable by its star-shaped scales, this small sturgeon produces pearl-gray to anthracite pearls of remarkable smoothness. Thanks to perfectly controlled maturation, Sevruga has a creamy texture and intense iodine aromas, with a long, elegant aftertaste.

A refined sensory experience that marks the return to favor of this gastronomic gem.
