Deliveries are made during business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The courierwill make two delivery attempts atthe address provided at the time of order, and if the package is not received, it will be delivered to the nearest DHL service point.
All orders shipped via DHL are processed automatically, and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
If your order contains multiple items, they will likely be shipped in separate packages, which may result in different delivery times. You will receive a tracking number for each separately shipped package. Shipping fees will only be charged for the first shipment.
